  We were in town for our Sailor's graduation from Bootcamp. We decided to order to go (for 7 people) and bring it back to where we stayed. The food we ordered was hot and tasted great; however, they forgot several parts to our order. :(

  Worst. Place. Ever. I can't comment on the food because we never. Got. Any. Service. Never again will we visit this place. Ever. Ever. Manager watched everything and just stood there with his fingers up his nose.  
  
  Management has tried to contact me, I have ZERO interest in anything from BWW. I wouldn't even accept free wings for a year if it was offered to me.

  As soon as we arrived my table got placed in the dining area in which the whole floor was so dirty,tables weren't wiped down, and many tables near us needed busing (never got cleaned off as we sat there the whole time). We ended up moving our table to a less dirty area near the front window in which We had to ask somebody to wipe down the table because the dining area was not cleaned probably for hours. I don't know if this location was short staffed last night, however I was shocked when I seen how dirty it was. The food was good but this location gave me an unsanitary vibe especially when they gave my table our drinks and my sister in law had a piece of food on the outside of her cup..

  Wish I could give 0 stars for providing the wrong order.
  
  B-dubs is every now and then my go to (tuesday and thursday promos) at either the Gurnee or Vernon Hills location. I just spoke with their manager, Erin/Aaron (male) after being hung up "disconnected" by one of their employees even though she said she would redirect me to the manager regarding my order. Yeah B-DUBS is a sports bar, fast food pickup, whatever, etc. But you want this location or their brand in general treating their customers like this?
  
  Great thing I live 5 min driving distance from them, also literally the only convenient thing. Otherwise I'd happily go back to Gurnee or Vernon Hills where they  check the food in front of you (yeah it's my order, to naysayers who think that i should've checked my own food before leaving). But after a concern like this, I won't be going back to them.
  
  Their manager, however, was great enough to have them make me another of the correct order of honey bbq. This will be the last time I go.

  My husband and I ordered our food to-go online. Small order of boneless medium, medium order of boneless honey BBQ, and a basket of fries with queso cheese and bacon. Service was quick, I selected a 6:30pm pick up and got there 2-3 minutes after. It wasn't busy at all for a Friday evening. So in my mind I expected the food to be nice and hot when I opened the containers... NOPE. The food was super soggy and room temp, the "basket" of fries we ordered were not a "basket"; it was filled half way, and the ranch containers that we pay .60 cents each for were less than half filled (I know, first world problems, but still). I have never been so disappointed with BWW ever. So with that said, it seemed that they may have cooked the food too far in advance, half-assed the ranch and the saddest "basket" of fries I've ever had.

  Idk why I keep coming back to this place. I ordered "roasted" garlic mushrooms that were still raw. I'm feeling nauseous already
